Welcome to AfricBizLink ("we," "us," or "our"), a proprietary product of SaloneNest LLC. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Software License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

AfricBizLink is a business operations platform designed for West African enterprises, providing tools for inventory management, financial tracking, customer relationship management (CRM), human resources (HR), calendar scheduling, analytics, and business communication. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use AfricBizLink. By registering, you represent that you are legally able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Upload, store, or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Use the service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without prior written authorization

4. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the platform (products, customers, invoices, expenses, employee records, etc.). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you submit. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you.

5. Subscription & Fees

Certain features of AfricBizLink may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and available features will be clearly communicated before any charge. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by applicable law and our cancellation policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The AfricBizLink platform, including its design, branding, software, and content not provided by you, is the exclusive property of SaloneNest LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written consent. Your use is further governed by our Software License Agreement.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, payment processors, exchange rate APIs). We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or data practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfricBizLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AfricBizLink harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AfricBizLink operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
